Learn Business English - Most Important Question To Ask Yourself [3:39m]: Play Now | Play in Popup | DownloadSo you want to learn English for Business?
Great! But exactly what business? This is a question many English students never really ask!
You see all language is a little different in every situation. Depending on the type of business, the work environment, and many other factors the language used in one business will be different from another.
Of course some of the language and communication purpose stays the same, but a lot of the actual words people use will not be the same.
So let's look at an example to help explain this. Imagine 2 staff meetings. One at google.com's office, and the other at Maytag's Refrigerator Factory.
Google is a giant internet company, and Maytag is a huge home appliance company (fridges, stoves, dishwashers etc.)

So, when you start to think about learning business English, you need to think about 2 things.
- Learning the basic phrases and vocabulary that will be usually used in almost any business
- Learning the specific language that is usually used in your job
You need to do both to be sure that you improve the language skills you need the most.
What can you do to make sure you accomplish both of these goals? Well the answer will have to wait…
Till next time….
Never give up on your dreams.
